Problem Note 31910: Visual Data Explorer creates personal folders based on the case-sensitive user ID that was used to log in
The Visual Data Explorer creates a personal folder under BIP Tree/Users/ the first time that a user logs in. If a user logs in with different capitalization in the user name, then a second personal folder is created. The additional folder might not be secured properly, so that only that user can see it.
For example, if the user first logs in as sasdemo, and then later as SASDEMO, two personal folders will be created.
As a circumvention, log in to SAS® Management Console as a administrative user, copy the content from the second folder to the original personal folder, and then delete the second personal folder.
